The facts without the fluff
A truly lovely place! I enjoyed a roomy, clean, and well-appointed setting with friendly staff. The location was perfect—within walking distance of top sights while remaining peaceful. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, making my stay delightful. Just be cautious of steep steps when arriving.

Would recommend for a city trip
Comfortable room, helpful staff, including a superb young man named Sam who provided excellent customer service when I arrived late, and a great location within walking distance of landmarks, just 1 km from the train station.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Had a great time, especially enjoying the cozy lounge for reading and breakfast each morning, which was limited but tasty. The rooftop view was magnificent!

We had a lovely stay with our little one! The hotel's location made it super easy for us to explore the charming streets of Old Quebec. We especially enjoyed visiting the nearby Quebec Cruise Terminal and loved relaxing on the rooftop patio after a long day.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided a more comfortable crib or bedding for families with small children.

Terrific location with easily walkable access to key sites, enhancing the overall experience. The small double room was clean and well-appointed, while the homemade jams at breakfast were a delightful surprise. One incident with an unhelpful staff member slightly detracted from an otherwise friendly and accommodating team. I appreciated the convenience of on-site parking, though it should be included in the room rate.

I truly appreciated the hotel's clean, stylish decor and its easy access to corners of Old Quebec, allowing me to explore comfortably. The lobby was welcoming, and the modern amenities were thoughtfully integrated within the historic charm.
More personalized service from staff would be welcome.

Great location near the park and boardwalk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the easy access to cafes and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. A wonderful stay overall! 😊

missingWrote a review on 26 Julsteep stairs
Getting in and out with luggage was a challenge due to about eight steep steps, which could be tough for those with mobility issues. The room surfaces could benefit from a deeper clean. while the linens were fresh, I found dust on surfaces and some debris on the carpet that seemed to come from the stone walls. Lastly, the lack of housekeeping during our short stay meant we had to manage on our own, which was acceptable for us but might be a downside for longer visits.

A suite for three sisters
The family suite was spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere where my sisters and I could bond. Murphy beds surprised us with their comfort, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs.
The lack of breakfast options felt missed, and while the pillows were decent, they didn’t quite match the overall comfort of the suite.

We had an amazing time here, especially enjoying the cozy spa and soothing jacuzzi after our chilly walks around the city. The breakfast was a bit lackluster for its price, but the comfortable deluxe king room made up for it. Pro tip, check out local cafes for a better breakfast experience! 😊
